This is truly reflected through the outstanding result we achieved in our 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey - scoring 86.2 out of 100. This places us in the top quartile of business service delivery companies. The feedback we receive is used to target those areas that really make a difference to our customers – and shape the service you receive.

Our regular customer survey allows us to continually assess ourselves, challenging how and what we deliver to bring our customers the very best and most reliable linen services. We are extremely proud of our results because, after all, it’s what our reputation is built on.
